Tutorial realized with PSP XIII

Step 1 : The background

- If you have decided to use my colours, here is what you can do :

- Open the colour palette "Fairymist_Palette_Heidi", in your Psp and using your dropper tool, pick out my colours to set your Material palette ( left click for your foreground / right click for your background )

 - Open a new transparent image of 800 by 650 pixels

 - Set your Material palette with two colours out of your tubes or images.

My choice : Foreground : colour a8ba9e

Background : colour e9d4df

Set your foreground with a linear gradient as below :

 - Flood fill your transparent image with that gradient

- Add a new raster layer

- Selections / Select all

- Open the background "textura-marron.jpg" or a background of your choice, in your Psp and copy it.

- Paste it into the selection of your tag.

- Selections / Select none.

- In my layers palette, I have set the mode of that layer on to Overlay. It is up to you to see which mode suits your colours better.

- Effects / edge effects / Enhance

- Open the image "fond2.jpg" in your Psp and copy it.

- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag

- In my layers palette, I have set the mode of that layer on to Multiply .It is up to you to see which mode suits your colours better.

- Open the tube "letter.pspimage" or a text tube of your choice , in your Psp and copy it.

- Paste it as a new layer on your tag

- In my layers palette, I have set the mode of that layer on to Multiply .

- Effects / image effects  / Offset as below :

If you use another frame, it will be up to you to resize it at the right size and give it a rotation towards the left ( about 8 to 10 )

- Activate your magic wand and set it as below :

- Select the inside of your frame with your magic wand

- Selections / Modify / Expand by 10 pixels or so.

- Add a new raster layer

- Paste it into the selection.... Don't unselect before I say so !!!

- Open the tube "VictorianBeauty2_MistedByGini_10-26-06.pspimage" or a tube of your choice, in your Psp and copy it.

- I have chosen to paste my tube as a new layer ( pasting a tube into a selection very often distorts it and I don't like it !)

- I have resized that tube at 60% ( Don't check Resize all the layers !! )

- With your move tool ( letter M), place the most interesting part of your tube in the center of the frame.

- Selections / Invert / Hit the delete key of your key board

- Select none !!

- In your layers palette , activate the layer where your frame Feston is .
