10- Add a new raster layer

Activate your brush tool, set as below and apply the brush "swirls and seeds_by melsbrushes_1.png.PspBrush" with your foreground colour, on the bottom of your tag, three times as shown below

11- Image / Flip

Set that layer on to a mode that enlightens it ( Dodge for me ) Play with the opacity of that layer if necessary

You may as well duplicate that layer, move it to the left and set it on to another mode that suits you ( Screen - opacity 80 for me )

12-Add a new raster layer

Activate your brush tool, set as below and apply the brush "Dots2_2 by Coby17.PspBrush" with your light background colour, right in the middle of your tag ( right click )

For those who can't use that big size brush , I have made a selection "fairymist_mariatereza_2". Load it on a new layer ( as on step 8 ) flood fill the selection with your light colour ( flood fill tool : Match mode none ) and deselect !

I have set the mode of that layer to Dodge and I have duplicated it to emphasize the brightness of it ! It is up to you to see what looks better with your colours

14-Now, it is up to you to play with all the brushes I have shared with you or other brushes of your choice, to decorate the bottom of your tag. Don't hesitate to change colours, size, orientation of your brushes and don't forget to add a new layer for each brush if you want to be able to move them around at any time !

For those who don't feel like playing with all these brushes, I have included in my zip all my layers that you can copy and paste as new layers on to your tag. Place them at the right place.
