To realize that tag, you'll need  the plugin :

- Distort / Ocean ripple ( or Deformation / Ocean )

Preparation

- To be on the safe side, duplicate your tube and image in your Psp :
- Window / Duplicate
- Close the originals and work with the copies !

- Place the mask "Exkizz_Mask_Reflet" In the mask folder of your Psp files.

- Place the file "fairymist_zuleide.PspSelection" in the selection folder of your Psp files.

Tutorial realized with PSP XIII

Step 1 : The background of the tag

1 - Open the image "Background_zuleide_fairymist.jpg" in your Psp.

2- Duplicate that image : Window / Duplicate ( or shift + D)

- Close your original image.

- If you use other colours and other tubes, colorize that background so that it matches your material : Adjust / Hue and saturation / Colorize

 

3- Open the image "Fantaisie.jpg" and copy it.

4- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

- I have set the mode of that layer on to Burn and lowered the opacity to 45 .

- It is up to you to see which mode and opacity give a better effect with your colours.

* Optionnal : That will enhance the lines on the image : Effects / edge effects / Erode.

 

5- Open the tube "texte.pspimage" or a text of your choice and copy it.

6- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

- With your move tool, drag the text towards the bottom of the tag.

 

7- Set your Material palette as below :

- My choice : Foreground : White for me or a colour of your choice ( you will use that colour to draw stars )

- Background : colour of your choice which will match your image ( that colour will be used to apply a mask later on )

-  Dark green 173100 for me.

8- Activate your airbrush tool , set as below :

ADD A NEW RASTER LAYER

- Apply your airbrush on your layer a dozen times with your foreground colour ( white for me )

9- Reduce the size of your tool ( 5 instead of 10 ) and appy another dozen of dots on your layer.

- You may change the mode of that layer if you wish but I have left mine as it is.

 

10- ADD A NEW RASTER LAYER

-  Flood fill your transparent image with your background colour ( right click )

11- Layers / Load a mask / from disk / choose "Exkizz_Mask_Reflet" and set as below :

- Layers / Merge group.

- I have set the mode of that layer on to Multiply. See which mode you like best.

- You may as well duplicate that layer if you wish to get an enhanced effect.

 

12- Open the tube "fleurs.pspimage" and copy it.

13- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

- I have left the mode of that layer on to Normal but I have lowered its opacity at 85.

- See which mode and opacity you prefer.

- You may colorize the flowers or choose to use other flowers or other elements of décorations matching your composition !

 

- Here is what I have, at that stage:

Step 2 : The main tube and the butterflies

1- Open the tube "kikirou1664" or a tube of your choice and copy it.

2- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

- I have resized that tube at 120% ( Resize all the layers NOT checked)

- Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen.

- Place the tube as on my tag or to your liking.

3- Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow of your choice ( 4, 10, 40, 20, black for me)

 

4- Open the tube "papillons.pspimage" and copy each layer, one by one.

5- Paste, these layers on your tag, one by one,

- Place them as on my tag or to your liking.

- You may add a slight drop shadow if you wish.

Step 3 : The borders

1 - Apply your signature

- Make sure everything is at the right place !

2 - Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice :
dfe1cc for me

3- Layers / Duplicate

4- On your top layer :

- Image / Resize at 90 % ( Resize all the layers NOT checked)

5-Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow / 0, 0, 60, 40, black

 

6- On the layer which is underneath ( Background ) :

- Adjust / Blur / Gaussian blur at 20.

7- Image / Flip

8- Effects / Plugins / Distort / Ocean rippleas below :

 

9- Open the tube "lacet_dentelle.png" and copy itr.

10- Paste it as a new layer on to your tag.

11- Place it that way :

- Effects / Image effect / Offset :

12- Effects / edge effects / enhance more.

- I have set the mode of that layer on to Soft light .

- See which mode you like best !

13- Layers / Duplicate.

- Image / Flip.

14- Layers / Merge down .

If you want your lace to show up, you can duplicate that layer and Merge down so all your lace is on the same layer .

15- Make sure you have activated the lace layer as shown below :

- Selections / Load a selection / from disk / choose "fairymist_zuleide.pspselection" and set as below :

16- Hit the delete key of your keyboard.

- Deselect all .

 

17- Image / add some symmetrical borders of 2 pixels with a colour of your choice :
dfe1cc for me.

18 - Save your work as a jpeg file and resize it if necessary .
